Ham and vegetables in pita bread

Excellent sandwich with ham does not break the diet.

Ingredients:

Turkey breast half

½ cup olive oil

black pepper

Tablespoon honey

Two slices of pita bread

2 teaspoons mustard grains

3 tablespoons light mayonnaise

4 slices tomato

Leaf lettuce

Preparation:

1.

Put the turkey slice bowl, and cover with water (4-5 cups it out). For each cup add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Place in the refrigerator overnight at least.

Mix the remaining ingredients for marinade and spread the turkey on all sides.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Place the turkey breast fireproof format and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove the foil, increase the heat to 250 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.

Cool the pastrami and cut with a sharp knife (not serrated).

5.

The train dish: Spread mustard on one slice and slice berries second light mayonnaise. Arrange the lettuce and tomato, and finally the pastrami (about two slices – depending on thickness).
